This win cemented our 5th spot for the time being, against a Burgess Hill side that sat just one point behind us with two games in hand before today.
We took an early advantage when Charlie Ide latched onto a sliderule pass from Mark Nicholls to slip the ball past Harding. Six minutes later Ide doubled our lead when he raced from the halfway line, cutting inside a defender before stroking home past an onrushing Harding.

James Warrington's goal was rarely bothered throughout the match, and to cap a fine victory substitute Omar Vassell added our third and his first for the club in the 88th minute.
